I'm working on recruitment presentation and need your input: What made you want to join the NV-1 DMAT Team?

I will be featuring your answers prominently in our presentation, because the reasons that made you want to join will be the same reasons that make other people want to join.

I joined because I always want to help. Also like the challenge of adrenaline rush during a crisis whether a regular Cardio-pulmonary arrest or something else.

As a person with a non-medical background, the reason I joined comes from a desire to have a constructive role during a crisis. Most of the time, during a large-scale incident, many of us want to help but find ourselves asking, "What can I do?" For me, the DMAT logistics and communication programs are the answer.
